Mental Health Resiliency (MHW002)

This course offers leadership and peers a slightly more insight into how mental health wellness can be resilient. It also offers learning way to approach creating a resilient mental health for themselves and their staff or peers. This is not a certificate course. It is a session that offers insights and tools such as: what resiliency is; why it is important; tactics to create and maintain resiliency; who can benefit most; areas to build resiliency and much more.

This course is an ONLINE version of the seated Resiliency Course being offered at same time in Columbus, NC.

Registered students will receive a link to the online platform that will be utilized for course prior to April 29th via TERMS email. 

This course is being offered in partnership between Metrolina Healthcare Preparedness Coalition and the Mountain Area Healthcare Coalition
