How will your agency respond to the need for a coastal NC evacuation? The 120 to Landfall: 2.0 Table Top Exercise is designed to test healthcare preparedness capabilities and the North Carolina Coastal Region Evacuation and Sheltering Standard Operating Guide (CRESSOG). This exercise will assist the many agencies that have a primary role in patient evacuations the ability to test and evaluate their individual plans as well as how those plans integrate into State and Local plans.
The TTX is primarily intended for those agencies and facilities that are within the Eastern Healthcare Preparedness Region & the Southeasten Healthcare Preparedness Region.

The 120 to Landfall: 2.0 Tabletop Exercise will be held in-person and virtually on April 29, 2021 from 9:00am - 1:00pm.
IN-PERSON:
The 120 to Landfall: 2.0 TTX will be held at the New Bern Convention Center, located at 203 S Front St, New Bern, NC 28560. The in-person portion of the Tabletop Exercise has a target maximum of 100 participants, but any NC COVID gathering guidelines that is less than 100 participants will be adhered to.
VIRTUAL:
We will also be offering a virtual option for participants that are unable to travel to the in-person location. After registration is complete, the link for the virtual meeting will be emailed to you by April 21, 2021.
