North Carolina PSAP Cybersecurity Awareness Webinar (NC-8920)

This course covers the components making up 911 service that can be numerous exposed to networks, devices, and actors and the cybersecurity vulnerabilities that come with them. The criticality of 9-1-1/PSAP functions (including computer aided dispatch) and PSAP functions to emergency response means cyber-attacks could result in large-scale impacts, making them a potential target for those looking to disrupt public safety services or just desiring to create mischief.

The webinar is taught by instructors with experience in cybersecurity and public safety 911 operations, and is ninety minutes long.  This webinar is limited to 100 participants.  The session will be recorded for future review.
