Incident Tactical Dispatcher (INTD)/Telecommunicator Emergency Response Taskforce (TERT) (NC-INTD)

This course provides a realistic, hands on approach to mastering the tasks and skills of an INTD and TERT resource.  The course is designed for experienced dispatchers who are familiar with the Incident Command System and dispatch operations. The course is 4 days of classroom and one day of hands on work in an exercise environment.  Each attendee participates in hands on training and is eligible to receive a position task book.

Offering Specific Information

This course is being offered as a part of the 2019 Disaster Communications Training week in Charlotte, NC.  This class will consist of four (4) days of classroom lecture followed by one (1) day of practical skills and a functional exercise.

Lodging and per diem will be reimbursed to students that travel greater than 50 miles.
