TERMS - Team Management Module Training (NC-2255)

This course will be an introduction to the use of the TERMS, particularly the Team Management Module. The Team Management Module will allow for the administration of your own response profile, volunteer to participate in many of the state response programs, and administer your training and credentials within the TERMS system. Additionally, it will allow team members and managers to communicate as well as roster response resources within the system to respond across the state in times of need.

  5. Assigning Credentials
  6. Defining Qualifications
  7. Defining Credential Requirements
  8. Notifications
  9. Admin Notifications
  10. Notification Templates
  11. Incidents and Mission Rostering
  12. Adhoc Reporting

In an effort to enhance the training experience, students will need to bring a laptop computer with internet access. This training is intended for those who have, or anticipate having, Program and/or Team Manager permissions.
